We offer two medical plans - a “traditional” plan and a high deductible plan with a health savings account, (HSA). Employees enrolled in the HSA plan receive a monthly contribution from Cascade and can contribute additional pre-tax dollars. The HSA account is owned by the employee, rolls over from year to year, and is portable. There is no waiting period for enrollment for the health plans.

Employee Referral Program
Under this new incentive program current non-exempt employees of Cascade Engineering Services are awarded a cash incentive if a candidate they refer is hired and completes 60 days on the job. You can refer a candidate for specific Cascade advertised positions or can make a ‘general’ referral. You will need the candidates current updated resume and contact information.
